Order Management Specialist Conshohocken, PA
We are looking for a goal-oriented, highly accurate and motivated individual to join us full time in Conshohocken, PA as our Order Management Specialist. The Operations Specialist/Order Management is responsible for working closely with the shipping department ensuring 100% of all orders are shipped correctly and on time. Ideally, the incoming specialist can maintain polite & helpful attitude when dealing with high stress customer situations, is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, can work individually or as a team, with a strong attention to detail and basic knowledge of office equipment. Medical Device/ pharmaceutical background or experience is a plus.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service by responding and handling all calls and emails regarding customer orders
- Manage the shipping reports daily for end of day external customer reporting
- Perform end of day audit checks within the orders team to ensure all customer orders have been correctly submitted
- Respond to client emails and calls requiring same day response and resolution via email and/or phone call
- Develop and maintain professional working relationships with current and potential customers, partners, and vendors
- Provide status and tracking data to leadership and customers as requested
- Handle all inquiries for rush orders and revisions to orders in process
- Work with the sales team to provide solutions to our customers when they face order and/or shipping challenges.
Requirements:
- Experience in QuickBooks, NetSuite or proprietary shipping software preferred
- Experienced with Inventory / Order Management systems
- Strong computer skills with MS Office and other ERP Inventory experience
- Understanding /Basic excel skills
- Experience in Adobe PDF and file storage discipline
- Medical Device/ pharmaceutical background or experience is a plus
Compensation (range):
- $55k- $65k (depending on experience)
