Excellent relationship-building skills are a must to ensure service is provided with a high degree of quality. You will be responsible for evaluating treatment options, creating, explaining, and selling treatment plans to patients to include weight loss and red-light therapies, documenting patient encounters, accepting payments, and much more.

Duties:
- Connection with patients to understand their expected goals and desired outcomes
- Assist with initial consultation on new patients to determine medical history, motivating factor that prompted patient to look for help with their problem and functional goals of the patient
- Create and deliver financial estimates and long-term scheduling to patients based on Provider’s orders- explaining and selling treatment plans
- Provide and ensure completion of all patient paperwork
- Ensure that all the patient’s needs are met and care is consistent with the patient’s expressed desires
- Follow up calls to patients
- Advocate for the patient and motivate them to reach their health goals
- Assist in patient coordination and patient care plans
- Financials- accept payments for treatment care plans
- Effectively and continually educate patients about the need for, and progress through, the care plan
- Experience in sales and customer service
- Great communication skills and ability to articulate care plans to clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows
- Full time
- $40k-$60k per year plus Bonus Compensation!
