We are looking for a motivated Physical Therapist to join our growing team full time at our office Toms River NJ. We are looking for an outstanding physical therapist with a passion for quality, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a team approach to join our growing organization and participate in defining the physical therapy practice of the future. We are open to Physical Therapists with all experience levels—recent grads welcome; prior outpatient orthopedic experience is a plus but not required.

We are a multidisciplinary practice that delivers high-quality, evidence-based care to patients with orthopedic/sports injuries, spine and back pain, post-surgical conditions, chronic pain, and motor vehicle accident (MVA) related injuries. In this collaborative environment our team consists of Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Nurse Practitioners, Chiropractors, Rehabilitation Technicians, and other team members that provide comprehensive rehabilitation.

Duties:
- Patient Evaluations (past medical history, exam, relevant imaging)
- Develop individualized rehabilitation programs
- Administer prescribed modalities, therapies, and exercise programs
- Regularly reassess Patients to determine effectiveness/progress
- Patient education as to importance of continuation of therapies, diagnosis, and treatment options
- Coordination of treatment plan with patient and other team members as needed
- Completes and maintains accurate and timely documentation
- Graduation from an Accredited Physical Therapy Program (DPT or equivalent Master's degree for experienced candidates)
- Physical Therapy License in NJ
- $100k- $115k per year (depending on training and experience)
